Smashing Glass is a social enterprise that was started 4 years ago by students at Belvue School in Northolt, West London, which is a school for young people aged 11-19 with learning difficulties.
Students design the products themselves and then hand craft the pieces out, with many of them made out of recycled glass. The range of products include jewellery, place mats and wonderful lanterns.
The products are very popular when sold at craft and Christmas fairs.
Pieces can be made to order by individual's own design or provide a brief idea of what you would like and our students will surprise you. All items are unique and special and of high quality. Time and precision is taken with each and every item.
Larger commissions such as small stained glass windows, frames and mirrors can also be taken.
